A Relaxing Spanish Lunch Gathering at Espuma in Central!

Today, I went on a casual outing to M88 Building in Central to try the Spanish lunch at Espuma. The menu offers quite a few options, with lunch starting at HK$169, which includes a seafood salad, soup, and a main course. For an additional HK$15, you can also enjoy freshly fried hot fries. The seafood salad was quite impressive, featuring shrimp and scallops paired with mixed greens. For the main course, I ordered the sea urchin risotto with baby squid. The sea urchin flavor was rich, though the rice could have been cooked a bit longer.
