Duan Chun Zhen has several branches in Hong Kong as well. This time, I came to MOKO in Mong Kok to eat. The restaurant specializes in classic Taiwanese food, offering snacks, noodles, and Taiwanese drinks. Even on a weekday evening, it was quite busy. 🔻 Spicy Duck Blood with Vermicelli The duck blood has a smooth and bouncy texture, very juicy when bitten! Paired with the spicy broth, it's ichiban!!! Personally, I think the spiciness is moderate. The vermicelli soaks up all the spicy broth, making it deliciously spicy and satisfying. 🔻 Salt and Pepper Chicken The batter is moderately thick, every bite is crispy on the outside and tender inside, flavorful and appetizing. 🔻 Signature Braised Beef Tendon Noodles The beef is cooked tender and flavorful, perfectly matching the braised soup base. I recommend choosing the handmade noodles, which are wide and long with a chewy texture. 🔻 Green Sichuan Pepper Fragrant Shredded Chicken Dry Noodles This dry noodle dish is not spicy but has a noticeable pepper aroma. Although it’s a dry noodle, the flavor is not plain. Besides shredded chicken, it also includes crushed peanuts and a soft-boiled egg, which taste great mixed together. 🔻 Garlic Soy Sauce Lettuce The lettuce is fresh and crisp, with a generous portion. Simply seasoned with garlic soy sauce, it’s already delicious. 🔻 Strawberry Milkshake A very tasty smoothie with a rich and sweet-tart strawberry flavor. You can even taste bits of fruit inside, making it rich and refreshing. 🔻 Grass Jelly Milk Tea The cup is filled with plenty of smooth grass jelly in every sip.
