🚢 About the Disembarkation Process on Docking Day On docking day, you need to get a number ticket first and wait for the broadcast announcement to disembark. Tickets are distributed starting at 7:00 AM, but people line up very early. I went to get mine at 7:10 AM and got number 39. The actual disembarkation time was around 9:00 AM. Additionally, possibly due to the holiday, it was extremely difficult to get a taxi on this route! After disembarking, you have a few options: queue for a taxi 🚕 or walk about 10 minutes to take a bus 🚌. I don't like taking buses, so I queued for a taxi while trying to book a ride, but no taxis came! 😭 In the end, I had to wait for a ride-hailing car, which took almost 45 minutes to arrive. It really tested my patience. 🎏 Fukuoka Free Travel Suggestions If you're a laid-back traveler, I recommend choosing just one spot to explore and enjoy at a leisurely pace, such as the Tenjin area. It's a concentrated shopping district that's easy to navigate, and you can pick a nice restaurant to have a great meal 🍜. Whatever you do, don't be like me, trying to visit both Hankyu and Tenjin. I ended up carrying a big bag of stuff I bought at Hankyu all day, and my arms were sore 😩. But if you're an "early bird traveler," you won't have to worry about transportation issues. Head out early, enjoy a queue-free bowl of Ichiran Ramen 🍜, then take your time shopping 🛍️, and still make it back to the ship on time. Perfect! I shared about life on the ship in a previous post, and it was an amazing experience. Overall, this route is great for experiencing with family and friends. I never felt bored on the ship, even without internet, and every day was filled with joy!
