It seems like I haven't posted a "same-day post" for a while♪(´ε｀ ) I just went to this cafe in Ma On Shan with #世一阿姐 this afternoon~ Because it has been saved in my pocket list for too long, I recently found out that I can make a reservation by phone. I immediately made a reservation for the lunch time just to visit this popular cafe💛 - The decoration of the shop is simple and plain. There is a long bench at the door. The wooden design is refreshing. You can see all the seats when you enter the shop. Although there are few seats, it is full during lunch time on weekdays. It proves that it is very popular with the neighbors. 🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻 ✨ Traditional Italian Carbonara ($138) I saw many customers ordered this Carbonara Spaghetti🍝. The thick round handmade spaghetti is very tasty. Almost every spaghetti is covered with sauce. The sauce is made of eggs and cheese🍳🧀. It has a strong egg flavor but not greasy. Add the homemade bacon🥓, which is moderately fat and lean, and fried until crispy and soft~ - ✨ Dutch pancake with Parma ham ($98) When I saw Dutch pancake on the menu🥞, my sister and I immediately had our eyes light up🤩 because there are very few restaurants in Hong Kong that have such a variety of dishes~ The Dutch pancake served in a hot iron pan has apple cubes and cinnamon sauce, paired with cranberry sauce, and topped with Parma ham. This sweet and salty dessert is very interesting and matches🥰💕 - ✨ Babyccino ($35) Regular White ($38) I ordered a Regular White and a Babyccino for food. The taste was pretty good. The latte art was very unique. The Babyccino had a strong milky flavor with a hint of chocolate.
