Excellent food and service

#NewYearGoodPlaces #foodie Restaurant: The Chop House Address: Shop 301 & 305, 3/F, Miramar Place 1, 132 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui Food enjoyed: Flat Iron Steak ($320) One of the signature dishes here, we ordered the medium steak, which was fried to perfection on the outside and tender pink on the inside. It looked and tasted great, with a rich meat flavor, and was a wonderful match with the red wine sauce. Spaghetti Bolognese ($185) The beef sauce is rich and slightly spicy, and the pasta is just the right softness. Smoky Barbecue Chicken Pizza ($198) The pizza had a thick, tangy cheese, the chicken was still tender, and the red peppers and onions on the side were sweet and tasty. Chophouse Chocolate Fudge Cake ($85) One of our signature desserts, it has a solid texture and a very rich chocolate flavor. Bailey’s Cheesecake ($90) The cheesecake is not too strong and will not make you feel too full. Instead, it tastes a bit like yogurt and is very smooth and fragrant. Environment: A blend of modern and British styles, with dim lighting. Service: The staff were friendly and cordial. We visited here to celebrate my birthday. They prepared a dessert platter for us and took instant photos for us.
