From my perspective as a resident of Southern District, the landmark of Southern District must be the fountain in the center of Aberdeen and the "Aberdeen Square" with a Chinese garden. Aberdeen Plaza has a 40-year history. In order to write this sharing article, I did some research and found out that the sculpture in the pool in the square is the work of local artist Ha Biquan, "Sunny Sails", reflecting the beautiful sunset scenery of Aberdeen Typhoon Shelter. The mystery that I have been looking at for many years has finally been solved 😅 I am so ashamed! This year, Aberdeen Centre has chosen the lucky rabbit and koi as the theme, presenting "New Year Flowers and Koi Leaping to Celebrate the Year of the Rabbit". 🌸🐰A large and pleasing New Year installation will be set up in the Aberdeen Piazza to add a festive atmosphere to the community.
