North African Spicy Tomato Baked Egg with Sourdough Bun + Latte HK$108 The ready-to-bake takes about 10 minutes, hot and very tempting, full of a pot of tomatoes and bell peppers, the taste is a little spicy and very sweet. There was a barely cooked baked egg in the middle, however the egg was slightly rubbery and not very chewy. Two thick pieces of sourdough bread with tomato sauce, the portion is just right. This North African baked egg is not very popular in Hong Kong.
