I originally planned to use the restroom at Xing Hui near Shau Kei Wan Bus Terminal before looking for a restaurant to eat. I found a Chinese restaurant in Xing Hui that seemed pretty good. The decoration was simple, neat and clean, so I decided to give it a try. The waiter served me a pot of Four Treasures Tea. I opened it and saw that it contained red dates, wolfberries, ginger and tea leaves. It was quite nutritious. Red Oil Wonton Nicely seasoned, not too spicy or salty. The bite size is convenient for eating. Century Egg Tofu My boyfriend likes to order tofu and preserved eggs as an appetizer.
