The first district is close to Manhattan Hill (near Pole Wheel Street) and is the largest recreation area. It contains a pirate ship, a small climbing alley, a slide and 4 swings (two diaper-style swings and two skate-type swings). There are also washrooms, a store and a drink machine nearby.
