I recently went to Causeway Bay to try another lunch restaurant called Omakase. This one is called "Sushi Yi". This lunch Omakase 600 or so can eat a dozen single items, let me briefly introduce. Appetizers ⭕️ Dried shrimp salad ⭕️ Fluorescent squid tea bowl steamed ⭕️ Wooden fish crushed eggplant ⭕️ Fluorescent squid sashimi marinade ⭕️ Flatfish + Hokkaido Mahai Roll ⭕️ Raw octopus + suction cup mixed with tosa vinegar jelly ⭕️ Little Nagai Oyster with Tosa Vinegar Jelly ⭕️ Hokkaido peony shrimp sashimi ⭕️ Crispy Fried Tempura with Phoenix Tail Fish ⭕️ There are 5 pieces of sushi, flower bamboo shrimp, grilled right mouth fish, red mussels, honeydew bream, toro sushi ⚠️ Flower bamboo shrimp is freshly fished from the fish tank, bouncy is incomparable ⚠️ The left-mouth fish is very thickly sliced, and the oil is forced out by roasting.
