Drukumda Cafe in Jeju

Drukumda, a recommended cafe in Aewol, Jeju, is divided into a main building and an annex. The cafe is themed around Jeju, with a tangerine color scheme as the focal point of its interior design. The decor includes various cute dolls and accessories, creating a cozy and charming atmosphere. At Drukumda, you can enjoy their signature menu item, the Icheon Rice Latte (8,000 KRW), along with a variety of beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, ades, matcha latte, chocolate latte, strawberry latte, and corn cream latte. For bakery desserts, they offer the Kumda Horse Bread Churros, which come in flavors like red bean, custard cream, ganache, Udo peanut cream, and farm milk cream, priced between 5,000 to 6,000 KRW each. While waiting for the Icheon Rice Latte and Kumda Horse Bread Churros I ordered, I explored the outdoor scenery from the main building. The view includes a reservoir next to Jeju's Susanbong, with sofas that can accommodate 2-3 people. The area is equipped with warm heaters, making it a cozy spot to stay during winter. After receiving my order, I headed to the annex, passing by an outdoor observation deck that offers a picturesque view of the reservoir. On the day I visited Drukumda in Aewol, Jeju, I noticed many people walking their dogs. The spacious environment also seemed ideal for children to play freely. The annex of Drukumda is larger than the main building and features floor seating with slippers provided, as well as a bed photo zone for taking travel pictures. Additionally, the window seats are furnished with soft pumpkin-shaped sofas and tangerine-colored chairs. Similar to the main building, the annex offers a beautiful backdrop of the reservoir for taking photos.
