[Day 1️⃣ Arty shopping: Sanbao Village—Sculpture Porcelain Factory—Ceramic Art Street—Taoyang New Village] 📍Stop 1: Sanbao Village - a long and narrow village with art galleries, cafes, pottery shops and art hotels on both sides of the main road. It is full of literary and artistic atmosphere against the backdrop of mountains, forests and rivers. The highlights are from the "Sanbaopeng Art Center" to the "Pottery Village Museum". Going further in, you will see the tranquil and comfortable rural scenery. You can take an electric car to tour the village for 5 yuan per trip, or rent an electric donkey. 📍Stop 2: Sculpture Porcelain Factory-a treasure street that is super fun to visit! There are many ceramic boutiques, grocery stores, and niche cafes. 📍Stop 3: Ceramics Street - a high-end ceramic street that mainly sells works by ceramic artists. 📍Stop 4: Taoyang New Village Night Market - Close to the Pottery Street, but a people-friendly "small commodity" route. [Day 2️⃣ Ceramic Culture Tour: Ancient Kiln—Taoyangli Imperial Kiln—Fuzhou Lane—China Ceramics Museum] 📍Stop 1: Ancient Kiln - Here you can witness all the processes of ceramic production. The Zhen Kiln in the scenic area is the largest wood-fired porcelain kiln in the world. 📍Stop 2: Taoyangli Imperial Kiln—the origin of 90% of the porcelain in the Forbidden City. It was also the world's porcelain-making center during the Ming and Qing dynasties. The thousand-year-old kiln brick alleys are very picturesque, and the Longzhu Pavilion, the prototype of Jingdezhen's "city emblem", is a must-see. 📍Stop 3: Fuzhou Lane——Snacks: beef bone powder, chili cake, fried dough sticks wrapped in glutinous rice cake, cold noodles😋 📍Stop 4: Ceramics Museum - "Silent Buddha" is on the 6th floor, you may have to queue up to see it during holidays. The museum closes at 5 o'clock. ⚠️It is recommended to leave the museum before 4:30, otherwise it will be difficult to get a taxi🚖. [Day 3️⃣ Jingdezhen Surroundings: Porcelain Palace - Hanxi Village - Dongbu - Yaoli] 📍Stop 1: Porcelain Palace - an 80-year-old grandmother spent 5 years to build this building using more than 60,000 pieces of porcelain from her collection. 📍Stop 2: Hanxi Village - It is the origin of Fuliang tea and also an "art gallery without a roof". Various art installations are scattered across the vast tea mountains. 📍Stop 3: Dongbu Ancient Wharf - a quiet town, the source of the ancient Maritime Silk Road. 📍Stop 4: Yaoli with blue sky and misty rain - the main thing to see is "water". Walk along the Yao River all the way to Wolongtan, and there are Bandeng Bridge and Yuling Dam along the way. [Day 4️⃣ Visiting the studio: Taoda Xianghu Village—Factory 740 Art Utopia] 📍Stop 1: Picking up garbage in Xianghu Village - There are ceramic studios all over Xianghu Village near Tao University. You can find a lot of discarded works in the garbage dump. Some studios also welcome you to come and pick it up directly, but you need to contact them in advance. 📍Stop 2: Factory 740 - The old factory area wrapped in 🍃vines hides many artist studios, art galleries, and cafes. Visits to the studio must be arranged in advance. This 4-day route is a bit "special forces".
