The oldest church in western Sichuan - Shujiawan Catholic Church.

Jintang County Shujiawan Village, surrounded by mountains, lush green trees. Deep in the mountains, there is a Catholic church with a history of more than 340 years hidden away. It is the oldest church in western Sichuan. The front stone archway of the church is a three-story, three-bay building with round arches, Roman columns, and crosses, all in typical Western style. The interior of the chapel is spacious and bright, with equally gorgeous decorations. A statue of Jesus is placed on the altar, and above it are dazzling stained glass windows. Outside, there are also statues of Jesus and the twelve apostles. The road to the church is much better now, but it is winding and has many turns.
