JB Cafe near Zenith Lifestyle Centre!

Principle Cafe by T.A.M is an aesthetic and cozy little cafe tucked in the corner, right beside Zenith Lifestyle Centre Johor Bahru. I chanced upon this place as its just beside the the drop off point to Amari Hotel/Susana Suites. The price was decent for some dishes and service was great. The waiters were warm and proactive, kudos! For Starters we had the Mushroom Soup, which was good! Nothing to shout about, just an honest comforting bowl of soup. The Tiger Prawn Pasta had an Asian influence as curry leaves were used in the slightly dry but flavourful sacue. This was alright! Though we thought the prawns could have had a better bite to it. We came early and it seems the fish dish wasn't available at the moment hence we ordered the recommended Shredded Duck Brioche Benedict. I didn't have high hopes for this but it turned out pretty good! The tender duck was nicely seasoned and the toasted brioche was surprisingly soft. For drinks I especially enjoyed the refreshing Virgin Mojito. We had the Hojicha Latte and Cafe Latte as well which were done nicely too. Overall would recommend for small groups! #johorbahru #cafe
