Three Worlds Pagoda, Thung Setthi Temple, Khon Kaen

🛕🛕Wat Tung Setthi is located in Tambon Phra Lap, Mueang District, Khon Kaen Province. It is a newly built temple with a different style from other Thai temples. The highlight of this temple is the Maha Chedi Sri Trai Lok That, which reflects various beliefs. It is a bell-shaped chedi that combines important chedis from all three worlds. 🧘🧘It is believed that this area connects three worlds: the Chulamani Chedi in the Daowadungsa Heaven, the Nakhon Chedi in the Naga realm, and the Maha Ratana Chedi Sri Trai Lok That on Earth. The chedi is built in the middle of the water. There are four elemental stairs on all four sides, with caretakers in all four directions. 🛕🧘🛕Inside the Maha Chedi, there is Phra Phutthanilawannosilo Traphyudom, or Luang Pu Dam, enshrined. It is a black brass Buddha statue in meditation posture, decorated with gold leaf and multi-colored gems. Under the Maha Chedi is the Riddle of the Dhamma Wong Waisayawan Room, which is a room displaying various riddles about the cycle of human life. 🛵🏍️🚲🚗To get to the temple, which is located on the Khon Kaen bypass road, 8 kilometers from the city center, you must use a private car to get there. There is parking in front of the temple, as driving into the temple is not allowed. There are many beautiful cafes at the entrance where you can stop and take pictures.
