BTS Skytrain, the best way to see Bangkok!

Bangkok is famous for many things - shopping, food and sadly Traffic! The city is a sprawling metropolis that has sadly grown much faster than its transportation network. Bangkok is lacking an advanced underground network like most Asian cities, however the BTS sky train that’s developed here gives you a fun alternative. The skytrain is a built along raised tracks that run down some of the busiest streets in Bankok, a network of concrete pillars supporting this transportation marvel It has a few lines that run through the city and it gives you a chance to see Bangkok from above, you are able to see so much more than if you were walking or driving around the city. The lines wind through the concrete jungle and the views from the platforms and stations offer uninterrupted glances of this amazing city. The lines are super cheap and you can get tickets at the stations, they accept cash, coins and cards or you can get the rabbit card from stores to pay as you go if you are staying longer. Most stations have many exits that lead into shopping malls, food streets and entertainment areas so it’s always a good way to explore the city.
