I went when they opened, but it filled up quickly, so I recommend coming early. ▫︎Seared Bonito This is, of course, a Kochi specialty. Freshly seared bonito, cooked right in front of you on a warm grill. I was told that Kochi seared is different, but it really is not at all (it's not piled high)! It was so delicious...♡ At Hirome Market. ▫︎Fried Moray Eel This was my first time eating moray eel. I was surprised that you can eat moray eel. It has a chewy texture and a delicious taste, and it goes great with alcohol...! At Hirome Market. ▫︎Morning When I looked into it, I found out that Kochi's morning culture is actually quite unique! Bread, coffee, miso soup, omelet, spaghetti!? There was a lot of food and I was full. It was my first experience of eating bread and rice together, except at a hotel breakfast buffet!
