If you find yourself in Lijiang, I highly recommend exploring the nooks and crannies of the ancient city, where delightful surprises may await you. On this occasion, I brought my mother to Yunnan, and she was particularly taken with this restaurant, which exudes a strong ethnic charm. The restaurant is steeped in rich ethnic culture, with elements of it visible everywhere. If Dali is known for its "wind, flowers, snow, and moon", then the Naxi style of Lijiang can be described as "draped in stars and moon". You will find many decorative elements related to stars and moon. Traditional paper lanterns, Naxi scripts and totems, the seat of the Tusi lord, and even a wooden horse for photo opportunities are all part of the decor. It is said to be the most popular restaurant in the entire ancient city. As for the food, the original prices may be slightly high, but the set meals are quite a bargain. For an average of less than a hundred per person, you can taste several local specialties. 🌈 The Snow Mountain Fish 🐟 is a dish many restaurants offer, but the flavor here is genuinely excellent. It comes with many side dishes, a hint of spiciness, and a distinctive bamboo straw hat 👒. Be aware that the fish does have bones. 🌈 The Chicken Shredded Cold Rice Noodles come in a large bowl, offering a refreshing taste.
