Oh my god! I finally got to eat the Zha Zha Rice Noodles that I had been craving for for so long! Sitting on the second floor, eating rice noodles while enjoying the scenery 🍃 I don’t know how comfortable it is. I highly recommend trying their signature Cross-Bridge Rice Noodles. When the exquisite plating was served, I was directly amazed. All the dishes are placed on the bridge in a small and exquisite manner, which adds a special sense of ceremony. It's very different from the rice noodles I've eaten before. The soup base is rich and delicious, and the side dishes are very fresh ~ there are fresh shrimps, abalone, morels, etc., which are poured into the pot one by one and paired with chewy rice noodles.
