Can you believe it? Hidden in Henan is an incredible destination perfect for kids! I regret not discovering it sooner! Here, you can enjoy barbecue, camping, cycling, fishing—play however you want and have an absolute blast! Even better, the scenery is breathtaking! The Instagram-worthy S-curve reminiscent of Erhai Lake, green mountains, rivers, mudflats, docks, tree-lined paths... this place is practically a "mini Erhai Lake"! Photography enthusiasts must wait for sunset when the bridge, bathed in golden light, becomes so beautiful you won't be able to look away! Navigation is super simple. From Relax Joie Hotel (Luoyang Railway Station Subway Station) just navigate to 🧭 Yiluo River Health Theme Park (along Stone River Road in Gongyi City) or simply search for "Gongyi Little Erhai." The famous S-curve is about 500 meters east of Stone River Bridge, while the Yiluo River Health Theme Park is on the west side—just cross the bridge and you're there. There are plenty of photo spots: the solitary willow on the riverbank near the bridge creates a perfect atmosphere; the S-curve by the classical pavilion makes you wonder if you're in Dali or Henan; the mudflats under the Yiluo River Bridge (just be careful not to sink!); and the riverside reeds and dam also make for fantastic photos! Nearby attractions include Kang Baiwang Manor, just a 12-minute drive away, and Du Fu's Mausoleum, only 15 minutes away. The Yiluo River Health Theme Park is perfect for camping, but please camp responsibly and remember to take your trash with you!
