I love traveling so much that I got certified as a domestic travel agent. I recommend "Tagosaku" in Masuda City, Shimane Prefecture! I really wanted to go to "Tagosaku", also known as "Japan's best izakaya" (reservations required, of course it was full). After passing through the darkness of a residential area, a light was lit up and it had a great atmosphere. We were shown to a private room. The basic course is left to the chef, and when we asked the staff, they told us that even the most reasonable course was quite filling, so we ordered that for the number of people plus rice balls for the children. The menu seems to change depending on the day, but look at how transparent this squid is. The crunchy texture is also wonderful and very delicious. My family was also very impressed. By the way, the rice balls ordered by the children were made of shiny freshly cooked rice and stuffed with what seemed to be freshly shaved bonito flakes, and they said it was the most delicious rice balls they had ever had in their lives. This is the best izakaya, with a particular attention to detail in the simmered dishes, fried rosy seabass that you can eat from the head, and sashimi.
