🏘️Room type/layout: As of February 2025, there are only 3 rooms in total, all facing the sea. The upper floors are still under construction and resources are very limited. Free parking spaces outside the building 🧹Soundproofing/sanitation: At the end of the corridor is a public kitchen and dining room, which provides tableware and a refrigerator. It is mainly convenient for making toast for breakfast. Relatively quiet, determined by the two neighbours, the sounds of the nearby bars and the waves are not audible. Due to the recent renovation, there will be occasional ding-dongs, but I am rarely in the room during the day, so it is not a big problem. 🏕️Nearby attractions: 1. It is very close to the beach. After changing into a swimsuit and taking a key, you can walk a few dozen meters to the beach. You can only see foreigners. 2. It is very close to the whale watching spot in Mirissa. You can drive there in time after 6 am. No need to go there early. 3. Galle Fort is less than 1 hour away. There are many shops and restaurants in the fort. If you want to have afternoon tea at Amman Hotel, make an appointment in advance. No one will be allowed in without an appointment. 4. Stilt fishermen, coconut tree swings, and other check-in spots are all within a half-hour drive 💰️Average consumption: US$116 per night 💗Other tips: 1. Bring your own slippers, preferably two types, one for the beach and walking nearby, and the other for use in the room to avoid sand mixing in. You also need to bring your own toiletries. The property only provides towels. 2. It is also necessary to rent a motorcycle, after all, you still need to go to the nearby supermarket to buy water and food, or eat seafood by the beach, which is about 2 to 3 kilometers away. There is a motorcycle rental point within a 5-minute walk from the B&B. The rental price is about 2,000 rupees/24 hours, and the price is negotiable.
