#DomesticTravelRecord During my trip to Nagasaki, I visited the tourist spot "Arima Christian Heritage Memorial Hall". The "Arima Christian Heritage Memorial Hall" had exhibits on the flourishing of Christianity in the area, Arima Harunobu and Hinoe Castle, the Shimabara Amakusa Rebellion, and the Hara Castle ruins. The Christian Heritage Memorial Hall mainly exhibited artifacts excavated from the Hara Castle ruins, which show how Arima Harunobu, the Christian lord of Minamishimabara, rapidly Christianized and absorbed European culture. Although it was a replica, there were also valuable items such as letters sent by hidden Christians in Japan that remain in the Vatican. The Heritage Memorial Hall is divided into two parts, one of which explains the prosperity of Minamishimabara and Christian culture, and the other of which explains the oppression of Christians and the Shimabara Amakusa Rebellion, each of which was explained in a very easy-to-understand manner. The admission fee to the "Arima Christian Heritage Memorial Hall" is 300 yen per adult. It's definitely worth a visit!
