Miryang Travel Pyocheongsa

#Must-see historic site This is a temple at the entrance of Cheonhwangsan and Jaeyaksan in Miryang, the Yeongnam Alps. Pyochungsa (表忠寺) was founded by Wonhyo Daesa in the first year of King Taejong Muyeol of Silla (654). It is said that the temple's name at the time of its founding was Jukrimsa (竹林寺). The bamboo forest surrounding Pyochungsa is still so lush that you can nod deeply as you realize that it was literally a temple covered in a bamboo forest. #Miryang travel #Pyochungsa
