A new tea cafe in Pattaya is called Baa. Baa is like the sound of a goat's cry. The owner of the shop claims that she was born in the year of the goat. The shop is decorated in a Chinese style mixed with modern style. It goes well together. The colors are bright but the warm wood is there. The menu has both Taiwanese and Chinese teas to choose from.
