Back to 1780, Pietro Colicchio, the pioneer of the art of Pizzaiolo, founded the pizzeria “Pietro e basta cośi” in Naples. Pietro has no siblings, and decided to sell his shop to Enrico Brandi, which return bequeathed it to his daughter - Maria Giovanna Brandi, wife of Raffaele Esposito - inventor of The pizza Margherita.
