The room decoration is quite good, with high satisfaction for amenities such as shower gel, bath towels, etc., and the bedding is super comfortable. The comfort level of bedding is on par with that of a large suite in an ordinary five-star hotel. The privacy in the courtyard is good, but the sound insulation is not great. The garden scenery is very nice, almost a view at every step. Invisible service, rarely disturbed after check-in. They don't even do the night bed service, just deliver some pastries. The service style is to disturb as little as possible. The staff training is on point, and they speak very gently. They also know to greet guests proactively. No special services. Basically, you just stay quietly and leave quietly. Recommended to stay during promotions like 'stay three nights, pay for two'; if it's the regular price of four to five thousand a night, then it's only recommended for a check-in and not for a stay. The hotel has an activity sheet, and there's also a toy sheet in the rooms, which should be fun for those with kids to entertain for a day; for adults, hotel activities are optional. The more popular hotel activity at Banyan Tree is probably the boating afternoon tea, which lasts about an hour and a half, with a boatman to row for you. Personally, I don't find it interesting, it's suitable for socialites who want to take photos (?). The basic rooms are 100 square meters, and the villas are about 130 square meters. Recommended for those who have some requirements for space, after all, hotels of the same level like Four Seasons.
