High-value modern ramen in Sendai

Japan's 33rd Michelin-rated ramen bowl, Sendai Dashiro! The broth is a double soup base. I ordered the flying fish niboshi/soy sauce flavor, which has a rich fishy aroma and a light soy sauce taste—perfect for finishing the entire bowl. The thin straight noodles have a nice wheat fragrance and a satisfying chewiness. The char siu (extra portion) includes three types, two slices each, prepared in a modern style. One of my companions tried the shrimp broth with seaweed salt, while another opted for the vegetable white broth. This is considered one of Sendai's more modern ramen representatives.
