It consists of three buildings: A, B, and C. Building A is a hotel, while the other two are probably for regular residents. The hotel's living functions are very developed. In addition to the Louisa Coffee and Bruno's Bistro on the first floor, there are also three convenience stores. However, it's a short walk from the Xinpu MRT station. The hotel has a flat underground parking lot, which is very suitable for self-driving travel. The parking lot has two elevators, one only goes to the lobby on the first floor, and the other can reach the accommodation floors. This design is very convenient because although there are three elevators for the accommodation floors, due to the high floors and high occupancy rate, the waiting time for the elevators can be longer. If you go back and forth from the lobby to the parking lot, it is quicker to take the other elevator that is dedicated to the building and parking lot. The first floor lobby has a restaurant and coffee shop built together, which is very convenient for dining in rainy Banqiao. There is also a hot pot restaurant on the second floor. Therefore, the lobby only has a lounge and a dressing room left. Additionally, eating and drinking are prohibited in the lobby, which is different from some hotels that provide a space for dining and tea. The training of the front desk staff is complete, and they can actively and promptly handle most issues. To the right of the room entrance is a small platform convenient for slippers and placing items, next to it is a wardrobe platform where you can stably place a 22-inch carry-on suitcase and a large luggage bag. Previous reviews mentioned that the TV is too close to the bed, but personally, I think it's okay, perhaps because I stayed in a corner room. The floor space by the bed is wide enough to sit down an adult. The bed is of moderate firmness. Clean and comfortable. The TV can cast from a mobile phone to YouTube, which is very convenient! There is also a casting instruction manual on the desk. The corner room is very bright with double-sided lighting. For the price, the room type can be considered a great value. The room comes with four bottles of water and a quick-boiling kettle. Sincere and thoughtful, it seems that many guests will eat instant noodles in the room. 😂😂! There are plenty of outlets in the room, including USB charging ports. The only downside is that it is adjacent to County Citizens Avenue, and even on the 11th floor, you can still hear the noise of vehicles whizzing by at night. The top floor has a sauna and a paid SPA! The sauna is a nude bath, and mobile phones need to be kept at the counter when entering. The experience space inside is not large, with showers everywhere and a large public bath. There is no oven or steam room. The hotel claims that the bath water is an artificial carbonated spring, and a faint milky white color is observed in the hot water during the shower. There is also a small balcony outside. The hotel states that there have been incidents of guests being peeped at on the balcony, and it is currently prohibited from being open. Overall, the experience of staying in a corner room type is quite comfortable, and the price is also very good. Apart from the street noise, everything else can be considered above average. The location is convenient and very suitable for self-driving travelers.
