DoubleTree Staff Was Amazing

This hotel was so refreshing after a rough travel experience. The staff was truly helpful and provided me with 5 star service. They addressed me as a Diamond Hilton Honor member. The staff that really went above and beyond was Leila. The fitness center and breakfast was 5 Star hotel status. Our room was so immaculate, roomy, comfortable, and tranquil. The Times Square West location is the best with clubs, bars, subway metro, and resteraunts all very close by. This is the 5 Star of Doubletree. If you are looking for a great hotel in Downtown NYC you will definitely be back again. My new favorite hotel in NYC hotel. Ask for any great staff here but if you want above and beyond ask for Leila she is the best and understands the professional art of great customer service.
