Transforming an urban wasteland, HEITO 1909 is an exciting new park that draws on the haunting aesthetic of historical industrial decay. The first and only of its kind in Taiwan, this unique preservation and adaptive reuse project endeavored to identify and recover the remaining structures of a turn-of-the-century factory.
