Located on the first row of the coast, Hotel Arc en Ciel is a hotel with a warm atmosphere and a resort feel. We did not stay here this time, but we stopped by to dine and enjoyed the clean environment and friendly service. The restaurant features a spacious semi-outdoor seating area.
