Thai 360-Degree Sea View Restaurant | Average Cost 150 for a Seafood Feast.

📍Rimpa Lapin I tried this restaurant 7 years ago, and everything from the food, environment, price to service was 5 stars. Once I decided to visit Pattaya, I booked the restaurant in advance😋 My boyfriend also praised it for being delicious and having a great view🫶🏻 🦌🐿️ ࿂Seafood Fried Rice࿂ The fried rice had a perfect wok hei, each grain was dry but not devoid of moisture. The seafood was generous, including not only the usual squid and shrimp but also crab meat😳 However, because I ordered a small size, it didn't come with pineapple chunks, which made a slight difference in texture. ࿂Coconut Seafood Pot࿂ The portion of this dish was truly surprising! It was already appealing when served, and the sauce was enriched with a lot of crab paste. A small coconut filled with seafood and cabbage, it was incredibly good value. ࿂Raw Marinated Crab࿂ This dish was definitely a surprise. I thought it would be traditional Thai-style marinated, but it turned out to be more like Korean-style, with a slightly sweet sauce. The crab was less fishy than expected and had a lot of roe (most importantly, no discomfort after eating✌🏻) and it was also very meaty, I remember it was just over a hundred Hong Kong dollars👍🏻 Good value for money‼️ ࿂Charcoal-Grilled Sea Bass࿂ Those who know me are aware that I usually don't like fish🙈 But I've been thinking about the sea bass from this restaurant. To make the sea bass taste fresher and sweeter, each one is charcoal-grilled, resulting in a crispy skin and tender flesh. The restaurant thoughtfully provides a candle for heat to prevent the fish from getting cold and fishy. Besides the fish being delicious, the soup was also tasty. The soup was sweet and had a hint of lime, making it very appetizing. This dish is the restaurant's signature, and practically every table orders it, and the price is reasonable👍🏻 It's perfect whether for two people or a group🫶🏻 🦌🐿️ Years ago, I also ordered the seafood platter, stir-fried water spinach, and curry crab.
