Helsinki Catherdal

Helsinki Cathedral is the Evangelical Lutheran cathedral, opened in 1852, located in the city center of Helsinki, on the northern side of Senate Square Finland. This church is the most popular landmark and has become the icon of Helsinki. The architecture of this church is a neo-classic mix with a Greek Cross and standing tall at 62 meters. This cathedral is open daily from 9 am t6 pmpm, and access to this church is free. This church still operates as usual, such as hosting masses, weddings and exhibitions. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the church was closed because has passed 6pm. Even though, is still so beautiful from the outside. Address: Unioninkatu 29, 00170 Helsinki. #eurotrip
