The check-in process was very simple, and the staff kindly guided me through the facilities and programs, so even first-time visitors could use it easily~😆 The first thing that caught my eye was the beautiful scenery where the hot springs were located. The hot springs were designed right in front of Lake Rotorua, so I could enjoy the lake view while soaking in the hot springs. Especially around sunset, the red glow spreading over the lake was fantastic. This natural scenery and warm water combined made me feel like I was in a completely different world!!🌅 The spa was largely divided into a general hot spring area and a private spa, and I chose the private spa. I was able to rest quietly in a private space and focus entirely on myself without being disturbed by others. The hot spring water was rich in minerals, so my skin felt soft and moisturized. The temperature of the hot springs varied, so I could choose hotter water in cold weather and moderately warm water in hot weather. The Polynesian Spa was more than just a place to relieve fatigue; it was a place that gave me a healing time to become one with nature.
