Wine aging in the sea + pearl farm experience

I actually had the opportunity to watch a whole bottle of wine 🍷 being put into the sea to mature ~ It was really cool ~ We took part in the "Sea Wine Tasting Tour + 🍷Maturation Experience" organized by A+ Fine Wines on this day. We took a boat to the only pearl farm in Hong Kong located in Ma Nam Wat, Sai Kung. It’s my first time here~ It feels great to be in the middle of the water with the azure blue sea view! Here, someone will introduce us to the types of pearls, their history and methods of cultivation. Afterwards, they will also show us how to open clams and search for pearls! WoW pearls are out~very shiny💗super dazzling in the sun! Then, we enjoyed the sea breeze while sipping the red wine prepared for us by "A+ Wines". At this time, someone also explained to us the concept of wine and aging. I believe that wine lovers like the intoxicating aftertaste of wine. When the whole bottle of wine is immersed in the sea to mature, the aroma and taste of the wine will undergo subtle changes under the flow of the waves of the tide. It will become more mellow, round and flavorful. The changes brought about by the aging of each wine in the sea will vary depending on various factors. The bottle may also be attached with mud, seaweed, barnacles, and aquatic organisms. The diverse results are particularly exciting, which is also the charm of aging in the sea. A+ Fine Wine prepared a red wine suitable for maturation in the sea for us🍷One bottle for each person~First sign your name on the wine label, and then tie the bottle to the fishing net by hand. (Note: Don’t be careless when tying the knot 😂 otherwise the whole bottle of red wine will fall to the bottom of the sea) Then there was a very unforgettable moment☺️Witnessing the staff on site immersing bottle after bottle of wine in the water and tying them to the fish steaks with ropes~ 🍷After the wine has been in the water for 3 months, it will be hoisted up one by one.
