Saint Petersburg

If there is any place more magical than Saint Petersburg in the summer then you must let me know. The sun never really sets in the summer which means whether you like it or not, you're ready for a party. The streets are filled with buskers and music fills the air. There is absolutely no shortage of art and history on every corner but it is equally jolly with the follies of youth. My only regret was not getting a hotel room with blackout curtains. The sun not setting means you're not settling. New York might be the city that never sleeps but Saint Petersburg was the city that wouldn't let me sleep. Overall, it's a winning destination.
