Catherine’s Palace

It’s a one day trip, 30 km from St. Petersburg to the town called Tsarskoye Selo (Pushkin). Catherine’s Palace was a summer residence of Russian Emperors. It’s incredibly beautiful!!! It was destroyed during the World War II, but was renovated and continues to impress visitors with its luxury royal style. Complex has lots of interesting separated exhibitions, but the main sightseeing is, of course, the Palace. It’s better to come here with touristic groups, because they can organize the entrance tickets quicker than in direct queue. It’s possible to wait for your turn for couple of hours, but this place is worth every second. There are amazing parks all around the Palace. So, I recommend you to wear comfortable boots . You will have a lot of places to visit here. #bucketlistreboot
