Eat around the world in Salford

Since the opening of the Lowry Centre over 20 years ago Salford Quays has been on somewhat of a resurgence. A recent addition to the area has been Kargo at the base of the Quayside shopping centre. The growing area of full of street food options from all corners of the planet with some of the highlights including the dumpling stand, incredible Ethiopian food as well as a Palestinian restaurant that was highly rated in close by Didsbury. The centre comes to life on weekend evening where there is a full DJ set. #voyagevibes
