I ate too much meat during my trip to Shanghai, so I looked for something clean and light. I ordered wonton, tofu skin pancake, wonton noodles, oyster mushrooms, and fried tofu noodles. The soup was clean and not spicy, so it was comfortable, and the pancake was so soft and had a cinnamon flavor that I couldn't stop thinking about it.
