When dining alone, you can sit at the bar 🪑 and watch the chef's yakitori skills, listening to the sizzling sounds of the food, and enjoying a cup of Japanese sake 🍶. It's quite therapeutic. It's usually crowded in the evenings, and the lively atmosphere 🔥 alone is worth a visit! The appetizers were Wagyu beef and sea urchin tartare, and salmon and seafood tartare. They were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a fresh and sweet seafood flavor 🍣 mixed with golden sea urchin. The portions were generous, and each bite was satisfying. The Japanese yakitori here deserves special praise; it's particularly delicious 😋. The tender chicken leg meat 🍗 is grilled over charcoal, bringing out the aroma of the food and stimulating the appetite. There's also the classic yakitori dish "Mentaiko Zucchini."
