Shennongjia Dajiuhu Scenic Area, a wetland among clouds, a land of nine lakes in the sky

Located at the junction of Chongqing and Hubei, the Shennongjia Dajiuhu Scenic Area covers an area of about 24 square kilometers, with an altitude of 1700 meters. It is the largest alpine plain in central China, with abundant rainfall, lush water plants, and a cool climate. It is a typical grassland landscape, known as 'Hubei's Hulunbuir'. The main attractions include: alpine basins, wetlands, grasslands, pastures, and the Sika Deer Garden, making it an ideal place for various sports and fitness activities, as well as leisure and vacation, such as horse riding, mountain biking, and archery. Here, winters are long and summers are short, with spring and autumn connecting. The alpine basin is suitable for the production of grains, medicinal materials, and mountain fruits. The graceful begonias, the alpine rhododendrons, the crystal-clear Heishui River, the vividly shaped Reclining Buddha Ridge, the colorful and diverse mountain flowers, and the boundless blue sky and green land are all captivating and unforgettable.
