The moment I stepped into this restaurant, I was captivated by its high-end, sophisticated decor. The exquisite layout and elegant color scheme set it apart from traditional snail noodle shops, making the experience of enjoying noodles here feel like a true indulgence. What amazed me the most, however, was their broth made from 60 pounds of stone snails! It's said that the broth is freshly simmered for six hours. When a bowl of snail noodles is served, the enticing aroma immediately fills the air. Taking a sip of the soup, the rich and hearty flavor spreads across the palate. The freshness of the stone snails perfectly blends with the savory taste of the bones, with every drop reflecting meticulous craftsmanship and sincerity.
