Established in 1962, Swee Choon was well known for serving freshly prepared, good quality dim sum in their coffee shop at Jalan Besar and is a favourite spot amongst late night supper crowd. The Singapore Tourism Promotion Board has also listed Swee Choon as one of the country’s must-visit food destinations for international travellers. For my first visit, I ordered some classics for takeaway as my post workout treat : - Carrot Cake @ $3.00 (2 pieces) - Mee Suah Kueh @ $3.00 (2 pieces) - Tofu Bomb @ $3.80 (2 pieces) Overall, they tasted great especially when you have them together with their chilli sauce ! By the way, Swee Choon also has a hassle free, express takeaway outlet at AMK Hub (just opposite Burger King) where you can simply order, grab and go too !
