The lobby at Park Royal Collection Pickering is always open and non-hotel guests are welcome too. You can visit their lobby bar and LIME restaurant as you wish. There are plenty of seats around the lobby decorated with many plants. Overall, it looks like a nice place to spend a lovely afternoon indoors within Chinatown.
