Mount Merapi unveiled itself.

Our first visit to Yogyakarta. We didn’t book any hotel prior to our travel. We just love the experience of exploring and the surprises in visiting a country. During our transit in Jakarta, we discovered The Manohara Hotel Yogyakarta thru trip.com, so we decided to book the hotel for 2 nights. When we arrived at The Manohara Hotel, we learned that we can view the Mount Merapi from our room. A bit disappointed at first because Mount Merapi was blocked by the clouds. Since the hotel is located to near to places of interest, we decided to extend our stay and to discover Yogyakarta more. It was only the last day of our extended stay that the Mount Merapi unveiled itself. The sky was clear. It was love at first sight! Although we had few hours to enjoy the view with excitement, we were mesmerized with the majestic of Mount Merapi. #Yogyakarta #Jogja
