#cityplaybook As a Malaysian, Indonesian food has been always enjoyable, but this place has brought it to the next level of great. The first page of menu featured beef rib done in different styles: grilled, stewed, fried etc, and yes, you have to order it. It was so incredibly tender and balancedly marinated that I could seriously consider fly over to Surabaya (occasionally) for it. The squid fried rice was absolutely delicious too, though it was not as iconic and mindblowing as the grilled ribs. What’s worth shout out is the vege juice: even without added sugar, it was as tasty as it’s healthy and clean. A perfect choice for those who are into healthy diet. As for the dining ambience, it incorporates a lot of greenery to make it not only stylish but of a tropical vibe. I feel like sitting there forever—but of course not, it could get full house during peak hours.
