Visit Xinfutian Cultural Market

The Xinfutian Cultural Market was originally established in 1935 as the 'Xinfutian Grocery Retail Market.' In 2006, it was designated as a municipal historic site. The Taipei City Market Office completed the spatial restoration of the Xinfutian Market, and the operation rights were granted to Chengtai Construction for nine years. The building is shaped like a mouth, with a central atrium symbolizing an urban container, public participation, and an exchange platform. The main market building has a flat roof supported by reinforced concrete beams, and the walls are made of reinforced brick.
