Reservations via phone / email / Facebook / Instagram or private messages are not accepted. 2. Due to limited seats, we only accept reservations for 4 people or less. Thank you for your understanding. 3. For special reservation needs, please email or call and someone will serve you. 4. To avoid wasting the food prepared in advance and to protect the dining rights of other guests, please agree to the following booking/refund principles before making a reservation: (1) To make a reservation, you must first pay a deposit of NT$1,000 per person by credit card. Once the reservation is successful, a deposit invoice will be issued immediately and deposited into the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi membership account or entered into your mobile account. (2) If you cancel 2 days before the event (excluding the day of the meal), the full deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within 2 days or fail to show up (excluding the day of the meal), the full deposit will be deducted. For example: If you make a reservation on 2/1 for dining on 2/10, if you wish to cancel, you must do so before 2/7 to get your deposit refunded; if you cancel after 2/8, the deposit will not be refunded. (3) The reservation reservation period is 10 minutes. If you need to adjust your itinerary, please call us in advance (excluding cancellations on the day of reservation) and we will do our best to accommodate you. 5. Meal time is 90 minutes. 6.
