Enjoy the Taipei city view from Elephant Mountain

One of the most popular spots for tourists visiting Taipei, Taiwan, is "Elephant Mountain" (象山 or Xiangshan). This mountain is a favorite destination for watching the sunset and admiring the stunning beauty of Taipei city after dusk. In addition to the viewpoint offering a spectacular view of Taipei 101 and the cityscape, Elephant Mountain is also a popular exercise spot for locals. As you hike up the mountain, you'll see many people jogging uphill for their workout, while you might find yourself out of breath just walking up! 😅 That said, the sunset view from the top is truly breathtaking. The trail is a concrete staircase, making it easy to walk, but it is steep and quite tiring.
